Hunt for flying saucers

Since 1957 Scandinavian UFO hunters have collected 15.000 reports about unusual heaven phenomena.

None of them can with safety be said to be spacecrafts.

The art exhibition “UFO” was displayed at the City hall square in Copenhagen in 2002 Scandinavian UFO Information has received 15.000 reports about possible UFOs for 50 years.

But none of the many unidentified, flying objects – referred to as UFOs - have appeared to be spacecrafts from foreign planets.

UFOS are mis-perceptions
Instead most observations have been natural phenomena, which may have been strengthened by the observers’ fear or notion of UFOs from for instance the film’s world.

It’s the conclusions on the organization’s work after the half century investigating the possible UFO observations.

They will publish a report in November about the attempts at finding out about what it really is, the witnesses have seen.

Natural impressions are reinforced by the witnesses
It is indicated that their observations have often made an impression so big that they are perceived very intense and far away from reality.

The set is misinterpreted, thus it fits into the public’s notion of how a correct UFO really looks, the report concludes.

An example is according to “UFO information” a stage crash, which is seen as a cigar-shaped vessel with windows down alongside - the observation is so to speak “coloured” by the witnesses’ notion of how a UFO ought to look.

Therefore UFO OBSERVATIONS are as a rule Ifos - identified, flying objects - that have only been miss-perceived by the witnesses.

No proof of extraterrestrial visits
There isn’t any documentation that as much as a single one of the in-reported observations must originate from outer space concludes “UFO information”.

“Now we have used so many years after all and had so many reports and analyzed so much, and there isn’t anything that proves that we got visits from space. It’s more probable that it’s something else”.

“There isn’t anything in our report, which point precisely at it. It’s important to emphasize that there aren’t one, but many explanations to these phenomena. Our experiences point to some natural conditions”.
